Where can I attend classes?

Formal classes are cancelled for the next couple of weeks due to unforseen circumstances. You are however welcome to join an unassisted self-practice group at Equilibrium during the regular class times - charge $5 per person. Note there will be no class or gorup practice this coming Monday (21 May). Please contact via email for more information.
